Elisabeth von Clemm, M.A.
The Right Fit Hiring™ team is led by founder and CEO, Elisabeth von Clemm. With twenty years of experience in leadership and organizational consulting, Elisabeth's client list includes BlueCross Blue Shield, Cigna Healthcare, Effectur, Home Depot, IBM and TRW, as well as numerous small-to-medium sized regional growth businesses.
Established in 2002, Right Fit Hiring grew out of Elisabeth's recognition that there was a persistent and unmet need for an objective and streamlined process to help companies, large and small, select the best candidate for the job. Developed, tested and refined over the past ten years, the Right Fit Hiring™ process is now an affordable technology-enabled service that helps all managers take the guesswork out of hiring new talent.
Elisabeth has a B.A. in International Relations from Pomona College and a M.A. Magna Cum Laude in Psychology from Pepperdine University. Elisabeth has served as adjunct faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership and is the author of Managing Change Into the 21st Century. Elisabeth speaks French and German and enjoys time with her family and trips to the North Carolina coast.

Faith Hogan, S.P.H.R.
Faith Hogan is our Senior Right Fit Hiring Consultant and comes to us with fifteen years of Human Resources and benefits management experience, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources at Clements International. Not only is Faith a certified Right Fit Hiring consultant but she also brings our clients a wealth of knowledge about the entire talent selection process, including recruitment, compensation, employment law and employee development.
Faith holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certificate Institute of the Society for Human Resource Management. Faith is married, has two children and a dog named Kady who rules the house.

Margaret Yoder
Margaret is a true professional who is well suited for her role as Services Manager. As the main point of contact at the offices of Right Fit Hiring & Von Clemm Leadership Solutions for over three years, Margaret assures the coordination of all communication, services and events and is our clients' favorite "go to" person. In addition, Margaret manages and administers our assessments area and coordinates services for our RFH™ licensees.
Margaret attended Florida State University earning a BS in Communications and has an AA in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Her interests outside of work are focused on her husband and two children. Margaret also loves gardening, travel and good wine.
